Services Glass We provide 90COE, 96COE, 104COE and Boro glass. We have multiple colors and in chamber patterns available in each of these, and multiple textures in 90COE and 96COE. Dicro SlideTM Dicro Slide is a dichroic coated paper perfect for making any shape or design that you want to put on your glass piece. Since the dichroic coating is done right onto paper, cutting intricate pieces is just as easy as cutting construction paper. Place your cut pieces into distilled water, pull of the paper backing, set the dichroic onto glass and fuse as normal! Dichroic Etching Choose from over 2500 etchings on our website! Can’t find anything you like? Create your own! Send us a PDF file of the image you would like etched into the glass as well as the size you would like it to be and have your own unique etching perfect for earrings, pendants or tiles! For those who are interested in more than glass, we also sell Viking knit draw plates that are used for woven metal jewelry, and ring pellet molds which are used to cast your own ring pellets in many different sizes. Policies General: At GlassHopper Patterns, LLC our customers information will never be sold or shared. Our website is highly secure and all of its transactions are safe. We will only use the information provided to call or email about an order if there are any problems. All pricing is subject to change. Shipping We use USPS for shipping in and outside of the United States unless otherwise instructed by the customer. If the order is too large to ship in the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes then we will contact you to find the best solution for shipping. As our customers satisfaction is our number one priority we try to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra 2-5 business days when ordering etched glass as they are made upon ordering and are not kept in stock. GlassHopper Patterns, LLC cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather, strikes or natural disasters. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct so that no delays are caused due to this. If there are any problems GlassHopper Patterns, LLC will contact you to resolve them. International Shipping GlassHopper Patterns, LLC will ship international orders to anywhere that USPS, UPS or FedEx allows. Please note that international shipping will cost extra because the rates of shipping will be higher. All shipping fees are the customers responsibility. GlassHopper Patterns, LLC will not be held responsible for any delay in shipping due to other countries customs policies. Please be advised of your countries policies on receiving international merchandise before placing your order. Insurance Having shipping insurance is entirely up to the customer but we at GlassHopper Patterns, LLC highly recommend it. Although we package all of your shipments with great care, GlassHopper Patterns, LLC is not responsible for any damage to your product after it has left our hands. There will be an insurance option upon checkout, any extra costs will be added to your order. If you choose to have insurance on your order a signature will be required when you receive it. Damaged or Lost Orders Since insurance on your package is optional, all damages will need to be dealt with through your shipping carrier. If there is obvious damage to the box when receiving it make a note and call your local USPS, UPS or FedEx office to resolve it. If an order is lost in shipping we will provide you with its tracking number and any other information needed to find the lost package. If you have any concerns with shipping or wish to use a different carrier than we have listed please call us at (503) 835-1153. General Returns Policy For wholesale and retail customers any exchange must be done within 10 days of receiving your order. We will not issue cash refunds. We will offer you an exchange or credit on your next purchase only. If you wish to exchange your order we will require that we have original order in our office before the exchange. All sales are final on custom etching orders. We will not be held responsible for customer error such as choosing the wrong COE, color or size. If we have shipped you the wrong product your exchange will be given to you at no extra cost. Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping when doing returns or exchanges. GlassHopper Patterns will not refund or give credit towards original shipping charges. GlassHopper Patterns, LLC reserves the right to refuse service.
